Ari Lennox is in DC for her Vacancy Tour stop, and of course we had to do it the way we know how on the mat in Happy Hour Flow.

On Friday, May 29th at 5PM, we’re turning the studio into a full-on “Mobbin’ in DC” moment, moving through a feel-good, soulful flow inspired by Ari’s energy, vocals, and all things Vacancy.
