Spring always brings this energy of new beginnings~ longer days, softer mornings, and a sense that life is opening back up again.

But if I’m being honest…

There’s something I completely forgot about.

It’s wedding season.

And not just weddings, chile…it’s BIG bachelorette season.

Sheesh 😭

As soon as the inquiries started rolling in, it hit me all over again. The group chats, the “we’re coming to DC!” texts, the color-coordinated outfits… ok the brides are outside.

And after four years of leading bachelorette yoga flows, I just had a full-circle moment because I hosted my first bachelorette yoga session at the studio.

And it felt so aligned.

From Party-Only to Well-Rounded Weekends

This recent group? An intimate crew celebrating a bride visiting from Pennsylvania.

Small. Intentional. Present.

Not rushed. Not chaotic.

Just a group of women choosing to feel good while celebrating their bride.

And that’s when it clicked (again):

Bachelorette weekends are no longer just about going out, they’re about creating an experience.

Back in 2022, I started seeing the shift. Brides still wanted the nightlife, the outfits, the dinners of course…

But they also wanted:

  • Slow mornings

  • Meaningful connection

  • Time to reset their bodies

Now in 2026?

Wellness isn’t an add-on. It’s part of the itinerary.

Even the Girls in Pop Culture Are Doing It

You can see this shift everywhere.

Take Jordyn Woods’ bachelorette celebration. Her crew blended aesthetics, movement, and intention; from coordinated looks to wellness-inspired moments.

It wasn’t just about being seen.

It was about feeling good together.

And that’s exactly what today’s brides are craving.

What a “Bach Flow” Actually Does

A bachelorette yoga session isn’t just “something to do.”

It’s the reset button of the weekend.

It gives your group a moment to:

  • Recover after a night out

  • Reconnect before the next event

  • Laugh, breathe, and be present

  • Celebrate the bride in a way that feels grounding

  • Don’t get it twisted, this is still an opportunity to capture some fire content~ so have your inspo READYT

Whether it’s soft and sensual, high-energy, or a mix of both; I customize every flow to match the vibe.

And yes, I travel ✨
Mats included.

2026 Bachelorette Trends

Let’s talk about what brides are really doing this year:

1. “Soft Life” Mornings

Think: silk sets, tea or matcha, journaling, light stretching, brunch no rushing.
The goal? Romanticizing the morning after.

2. Pilates Princess x Yoga Muse Energy

Brides are blending aesthetics with movement; cute sets, glowing skin, and a class that doubles as content and self-care. You feel me?

3. The “Hangover Flow” Is Booked in Advance

Yes, intentionally 😭
Recovery is no longer accidental, it’s scheduled.

4. Luxury Sleepovers And/ or Club Nights

Matching pajamas, wine, music, deep conversations.
Less overstimulation, more connection.

But again, do not get it twisted…. in our Bach flows? We are getting those hips open and ready for the twerk session(s).

5. Content-Ready Experiences

Let’s be real- content isn’t just for aesthetic it’s to capture memories!

6. The “Bride-Centered Reset”

A quiet moment carved out just for the bride; to breathe, reflect, and feel the transition she’s stepping into.

7. Wellness as the Flex

In 2026, it’s not about who partied the hardest.
It’s about who created the most intentional experience.

8. Brides are Leading the Way

And maybe this is just me… but in previous years the role of Maid of Honor was heavy. I usually worked with the MOH or the bride’s mom to book the bachelorette. Recently, I’ve seen the brides curating their own experience and/or booking their own ish. I’m be honest, I’m here for it. I believe in a time such as this nothing should be left to chance, yes I do believe the bride should be celebrated; however, there isn’t going to be a bunch of back and forth… it’s all about the bride.

Why This Matters More Than You Think

Weddings are beautiful, but they can also be overwhelming.

The bachelorette weekend is one of the few moments where the bride gets to:

  • Be surrounded by her people

  • Feel supported

  • Actually slow down and take it all in

Adding a wellness moment into that?

It changes the entire energy of the weekend.

My Full-Circle Moment

Hosting that first bachelorette flow in my studio reminded me:

This is truly yoga.

Creating space for women to feel good; in their bodies, in their friendships, and in their lives.

And now?

The brides are choosing that.
